Reservation & Confirmation
Tourist accepting the Alaya Holidays’ proposal can make reservation by filling its submission form or by providing reservation request. Reservation will be confirmed on the 20% down payment of the total amount by bank transfer. The remaining amount has to be paid to Alaya Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on your arrival in Kathmandu.
For travels agencies bank transfer should be made 30 days prior to the trek departure.
Tourist making reservation directly at the office of Alaya Holidays, client should make the full payment.
If in any case journey the journey is interrupted , during the trek, for any possible reason such as accidents, high altitude or other illness, etc…. Alaya Holidays will not be required to reduce the payment or make any concession.
Cancellation of reservation is possible only prior to your arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu. Following fees are applicable for cancellation.
Before 30 days of arrival, a contractual sum of US$ 50 and file expenses will be deducted.
Before 20 days of arrival, US$ 50 + 20% of the down payment will be deducted.
Before 10 to 19 days of arrival, US$ 50 + 50% will be deducted.
Less than 9 days prior to departure, 100 % payment will be deducted.
We quote all the prices as per the current market situation. Therefore, if there are any changes in airfare, exchange rate or inflation rate, we reserve the right to alter our tariff.
We also reserve the right to demand surcharges for the costs caused by unforeseen events.
Alaya Holidays will not refund if a client leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, once it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodations, airfares or services not used.
During the period of trekking and expedition, if any participant wants to leave camp and wants to do other additional activities, we will not be responsible to provide meals, accommodation and other services, which had already mentioned in our previous tariff.
Delay & Changes
Alay Holidays will not be held responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by any unforeseen events, inaccuracy or other circumstances such as delayed flight (domestic or international), road blockade, etc… The company and field staffs reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if they judge them to be necessary.
Our prices get finalized only after the rates sent are accepted and go along with by a down payment. The amendment in foreign exchange rates or the national price rises can lead to re-adjustment in our price.
